Earlier this week I planned on taking another shot at the Muscatine Challenge and mentioned that Friday’s weather forecast looked promising. Well, it’s Friday and the weather mostly cooperated. I, however, did not. I just don’t feel up to it. So today is an at-home day.

Kyle’s car developed a problem earlier this week. That’s transmission fluid. A decent-sized jagged-edge hole got punched into the trans case. The car is in the shop for an estimate, Kyle is driving our van until that gets sorted.

Willow had a spa day on Wednesday. She’s a cutie.

I plan on working on the den today:

– I can’t put the sliding door back into the wall pocket because the thermostat wiring is janked. So I’ll fix the wiring then maybe put the door back into the wall.

– I’m gonna get rid of some furniture I don’t need anymore. That’ll make more room so I can work on the walls.
