Feb 9 (Fri) - Update
At 4 am I was violently forced out of bed by a charlie horse from hell.
An hour and a half later I was back asleep. Musta been caused by me being in poor condition and the trip to Vander Veer.

I ran out this morning and got groceries so the house has some modestly sweet things to eat from time to time. The car needs a bath. So does the van. I think I mentioned this in the previous article.

I started using Pale Moon again because reasons. I still have to (unfortunately) use a Chrome-based browser for finances. Everything else so far works fine on PM except Reddit which is kinda laggy. I configured PM to make subtle changes to the user agent string every time I open it, which is very nice. Eff browser fingerprinting.

I’m learning that web pages are tricky things. It’s a wonder the web works at all with how complex it has become. Tim Berners-Lee seems to have few problems with humanity has done to his invention except for some privacy aspects.

Ellen will have roast pork and a bunch of those small red potatoes and I’m sure at least one veggie or another, ready at 5. I basically skipped lunch so I’ll be all set. She has the kidlet today and overnight so there’s that.

If it was going to be warmer than low 40s tomorrow I was considering triking to coffee. Bob rode his bike yesterday but it was warmer out and he has, like, only three miles or so to roll. Doesn’t even have to cross the river. Cheers.
